RETURN POLICY

We want all our customers to be happy with their Fairchild Baldwin purchase and online experience! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will respectfully accept your return within 14 days of your Fairchild Baldwin order's arrival*. Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and enclosed packing slip as well as having the product returned in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are final sales, therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we currently do not do returns for international shipments unless the product is defective.  

All Sale items are final sale. No exchanges No returns. This includes PROMO CODE sales.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Please remember RMAs will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
